      Cons

      Management are only out for self gain. Constructive feedback is only to be given by them but you are not allowed to provide it. They will give you job duties way above your pay grade and tell you it’s part of development to gaslight you into believing it.

      Pros

      Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

      Cons

      Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
