very disorganised, my line manager had resigned the week I joined so I didn't have one for the first few weeks and any of my queries were passed on to someone else

Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
