Worst leadership experience - Anonymous employee First Advantage Employee Review

Constantly changing comp plan to keep from paying out bonuses. Worst leadership from direct management to executive level I've ever experienced. Managers do not have skills to lead teams to success and throw their people under the bus to cover their own lack of experience to do their job.
