Pros

Entertainment value of watching the CEO sink the company, and as another reviewer put it, you have a job while you are looking for one.

Cons

The company is off shoring everyone and the morale is very low. Even as we have been off shored overtime is being forced due to not having enough people? Can't understand that? I have been here for a long time and was a really great place. Seems the management team has a revolving door and there is not a solid direction.
