Pros
FADV still does good work, and has a culture of urgency. Initially, it adapted well to market forces and lead the field in a few important areas.
Cons
FADV was a place that did great work, grew quite fast, but did not keep pace with a market that changed quickly and significantly. Now the pricing is not competitive, and the quality of the work is no longer head and shoulders above the competition.
