Pros

The Weekends off are the only Pro.

Cons

Way too many to list them all But I have work in the office throughout the whole pandemic… Every other department in the company received a Raise except for the customer care department because our managers did not fight for us like the other managers of different apartment fought for them. Although it was only $.42 at in a time like this our annual raises are necessary. The system to always crashing… everybody is overworked and under paid. Both of the big bosses quit.

remote positions work life balance direct report supervisor easy to work with

Cons

work can be repetitive some employees get away with doing bare minimum while others get additional assignments pay could be better
