      Pros

      It is a good place to work to get some work experience and as temporary with no great hopes of career progression. Good if you a mother and you want a 8-4 job.

      Cons

      Not very good communication between members everything changes everyday and it can become a big mess. Long hours of work for some people who are suppose to be managers with very less pay

      Pros

      Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

      Cons

      Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
