I have had the privilege of working with Firstsource for over 13 years and my experience has been extremely rewarding. Our organization fosters a supportive and collaborative culture that values both individual contribution and teamwork. Long term employees are valued for their institutional knowledge and insights making it a place where experience truly matters. Overall Firstsource offers an enriching place to build a career where dedication is recognized, professional growth is supported and employees are encouraged to bring their best every day.

Cons

Firstsource does not have a WFM Or Hybrid option hence it is a challenge for employees commuting from long distance leaving them less energetic at the start and end of the day.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
