    It was really nice and work was informal. Flexible hours and you just had to come in and work the phones

    Cons

    Too much time seating in one place

    Advice to Management

    The nature of the job doesn’t really give managers much leeway to change much. I guess the supervisors could be nicer

    Potential is present to obtain experience that could be of great asset

    Cons

    Patient care is secondary to the bottom dollar.
    Taking time off is difficult and discouraged.
    Training is minimal.
    Overworked and underpaid
    Poor communication on all levels

    Advice to Management

    Provide staff with necessary tools to succeed and stop setting them up for failure. Pay staff what they are worth and equal to the high demand of the job expectations.

    no real room for growth, non transferrable skills, taking time off is hard since there aren't back ups

    Relaxed environment, can listen to music, flexible schedules.

    Cons

    Mandatory overtime never ends, broken promises. Terrible management.

    Look in the mirror. While you are patting yourself on the back for all the sacrifices you perceive to make, we are updating our resumes.

    Easy to get hired on

    Cons

    You will start at an hourly rate of 11 or 12 per hour for training and then they will take away your hourly and only pay you a low per claim rate.

    Advice to Management

    Be upfront with employees who are attempting to make a decent wage to support their families.

    Good health and friendly coworkers

    Cons

    Management are bad at planning and unorganized. They don’t give you heads up of you are new and doing bad. They are just writing you up or terminate you. Don’t waste your time here if you come here don’t stay long most people get fired after there 6 months. They work for different clients and never take your side. They only care about the money.

    Need to be more organized and start caring about patient
