    Friendly co workers with many of connections with all types.

    Cons

    Benefits are horrible, chance to further your career is minimal, would only use this company to get experience of being in a call center environment.

    Advice to Management

    Be truthful about the possibilities of becoming a team lead or management.

    Pros

    customer service experience
    Depending on the contract, there is the ability to learn more about insurance coverage.
    Good place to start out with little to no former work experience

    Cons

    Most of the managers aren't focused on helping out their CSRs - there were only 1 or 2 supervisors that were genuinely helpful.

    Pros

    Friendly coworkers, alot of hours, manageable work

    Cons

    Management sucks. You get to have no life. Because there is so much turnover, you have to pick up the extra slack. Managers are no help at all and think just because they buy you food, it makes up for 10-12+ hour shifts.

    Advice to Management

    Be more considerate of your people, we have lives.

    Pros

    Benefits, weekends off, paid holidays off. Some employees are friendly.

    Cons

    Matrix pay is a scam, not enough training, supervisors play favorites. Had a supervisor keep her favorites while the rest of us were moved to another department.let emphasize that there needs to be more training.Even if it means a month instead of 2 weeks

    Advice to Management

    Allow employees more time to train. So when they start working on the they succed on the floor. Please get rid of matrix pay. It promises higher pay but delivers nothing.

    Pros

    hours- 6-230 allows for time to accomplish other things before the end of the day. Co workers are great

    Cons

    Unfair, unlivable wage. Some of us have to work second and third jobs to make ends meet. Point system for attendance. Employees are penalized for unexpected, unplanned absences with a point being accessed for call outs, and half points for leaving early or arriving late. Vacation and PTO is almost always denied, no matter when it is requested. Favoritism is big on this, the favorites get their time off whenever they ask for it, as does management. Management is transient, and someone knew comes on board, they have no idea how the company works and therefore create unrealistic and sometimes ridiculous expectation for the workers. There is NO communication between management and the workers - there are far too many surprises with changes in policy with no warning. The benefits package is too expensive and covers nothing.

    Advice to Management

    Educate yourselves on how the work is processed, then you might be taken more seriousely. COMMUNICATE with us!! Stop the favoritism, reward monitarily for skill and knowledge, back off on the points thing until the employee exhausts the vacation and/or sick/PTO time. Set realistic goals not goals based on a few overachievers that have learned how to buck the system thereby driving up PPH and CPH. Treat us like humans and not machines.

    Pros

    Good work environment. Great staff. Decent hours and training.

    Cons

    Not yet fully developed program. Pay promises not what they were when hired. Lots of people leaving for other jobs due to unfulfilled promises of hours/pay.

    Advice to Management

    Work harder with Melina Medical Billing to smooth out pay and pay better for work, eliminate matrix pay program.
