The nature of the job doesn’t really give managers much leeway to change much. I guess the supervisors could be nicer

Patient care is secondary to the bottom dollar.
Taking time off is difficult and discouraged.
Training is minimal.

Provide staff with necessary tools to succeed and stop setting them up for failure. Pay staff what they are worth and equal to the high demand of the job expectations.

Easy to get hired on

You will start at an hourly rate of 11 or 12 per hour for training and then they will take away your hourly and only pay you a low per claim rate.
Advice to Management
Be upfront with employees who are attempting to make a decent wage to support their families.

Management are bad at planning and unorganized. They don’t give you heads up of you are new and doing bad. They are just writing you up or terminate you. Don’t waste your time here if you come here don’t stay long most people get fired after there 6 months. They work for different clients and never take your side. They only care about the money.

Need to be more organized and start caring about patient
