    Pros

    18 paid days off plus holidays, reasonable medical premiums and good coverage. I love my particular manager.

    Cons

    Pay is a bit low for the industry. At a remote employee assigned to work for a client, I dont feel like I am.part of the team at Firstsource.

    Pros

    Easy hiring process, multiple options for what job you actually do depending on when you are hired, may have the chance to switch projects when their is an opening

    Cons

    Usually hired on as temporary agents, there is no guarantee that you become permanent or that you can be hired onto another project after the temporary one ends. Benefits are expensive. Lots of drama, supervisors tend to not care about their agents, reporting ptobkens to hr gets you nowhere. dependingboj which project you work not everyone makes the same pay.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on making sure your employees are happy.

    Lots of information. Training didn't go so smoothly. People started dropping like flies.

    You get paid money in exchange for work.

    Cons

    The amount you get paid isn’t much. Prepare to get minimal wages cut at a moments notice. Do not expect management to communicate with you.

    Pros

    A paycheck, benefits and not having to work with the public

    Cons

    Awful company to work for, if you’re in search of something that offers advancement, and rewards for a job well done. Nepotism every where you look, so if you’re not into being someone’s pet, you’re SOL. Pay not commensurate with abilities or previous experience.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your employees a fair and living wage. Stop treating everyone as if they’re in Kindergarten. Speak to them as if they’re equals, not underlings, and you’ll get a better return. Don’t make your employees dread coming to work, or, in the case of what I’m doing right now, feel the need to leave horrible company reviews on a job website. You reap what you sow.

    Pros

    Firstsource Solutions will guarantee 40 hour work week Monday thru Friday with no weekends This is a customer service position.

    Cons

    Firstsource Solutions offers poor pay to their customer service employees with no more than a $.25 pay raise in the 5 years that I had been employed there.

    Advice to Management

    It is my hope that Firstsource Solutions will pay better in the future for the level of responsibility that is placed on the employee.
