There are no reasons in pros but I have tons of reasons in cons Not at all a good environment I had a bad experience in Firstsource . Since the rating is from 1 to 5 I had no chance to give zero . Strict environment with no proper breaks . I hated my life being here . Please for haven sake dont join this organisation . You wont be having time to go restroom , dinner,lunch things will be so fast because we are not supposed to take breaks more than one hour . You are answerable if u exceed even 1.01 minutes of break. Life is more important than job . We work to live but not live to work . Just know the difference . I used to run and eat my dinner to make sure that not even a minute should be exceeded aftr one hour .In case if it exceeds we ll b subjected to meeting to manager . Life is to enjoy ...cherish the moment ...have your food in peace ...sleepwell .....sometimes happiness comes with money ..yes ofcourse but should we ruin ourself in FS without food and rest only fr d sake of money . Think twice before goin to this organisation

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
