Bad company to work for - Anonymous employee Firstsource Solutions Employee Review

IT was terrible you get written up for having tech issues even though it was on their end. Always over working you. Suppose of be off on weekends always working every other weekend the TL or the higher ups really dont care its about what they can get out of you. Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
