      You can mostly be left alone if that's what you want.

      Cons

      Questions rarely get answered in a timely manner. Supposedly focuses on quality but numerical goals clearly given more importance. One of the most gossipy workplaces I've ever seen.

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Cons

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
