Pros

Peaceful and friendly environment. Proper working space for employees. Employees and even team leaders are very nice and helpful. Job is overall pleasant as long as you are not facing any issue.

Cons

Management doesn't really handles the issues satisfactorily and justifications don't go with the point they want to establish. Working hours are alright but they don't consider most of the government and national holidays. Solutions to problems are mostly based on minor technicality which is not reasonable. Denial is their primary approach. Sometimes it just don't make sense. They question your opinion with weird logic and expect high efficiency without considering the overall welfare of employees.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
