The HRs and the other management group are extremely supportive. The organization manages to provide appropriate facilities and support in multiple ways. It played a great role during the Covid-19 pandemic by supporting their employees. They came up with campaigns to help during Covid-19 for their employees and family. Also this organization gives you enough opportunities to grow and you hard work and efforts is very well recognized and appreciated. They Also maintain a Employee council to make sure their employees are happy working at Firstsource Solutions.
