Team leaders are really good and co operative .. they previously had a really good work environment.. when I initially joint the company .. good company for a fresher they give opportunities to enter bpo industry as every other company require experience which first source will provide
Cons
process keeps of changing every now and then targets are changed overnight incentive structure is not fixed that can change anytime and they are making it more difficult to earn incentives.. cabs provided for transport is pathetic feels like we are a luggage and they are transporting us from one place to other..
