It's really worst and feel guilty - Senior Associate Firstsource Solutions Employee Review

I was decided to join that company wrongly. It is my first worst company. Some People are good and having helping sense. But some people in management are very very worst. You cannot get any response from management whenever you having concern. No one will help when you are in serious in trouble even your TL, Manager, Associate Director too. If you wanna relieve from that company, they always ready to spoil your career. Stop your settlement, spoil your relieving letter, you won't even get the response mail. Only some people in higher level having good heart and help you. Especially the Head Director or HR team, PDM of Tech Team. Otherwise, others are completely selfish. If you are in notice period or when you become useless for them. You will see their true colours. I can post their name here. Still they are spoiling employees career and when apply for resignation. They don't convince you, they insult you, talking very badly about you. They won't act like professionals. Completely selfish and helpless environment
