Decent colleagues who were lovely people

Cons

Firstly they will rip you off with a week's pay as they get paid fortnightly they'll start you in the in between and you"ll work 3 weeks but get paid for two. Even upon leaving you won't get the week back. The team leaders are week with no management skills so cannot support the employees and have no control over the staff so you can't hear the customer on the phone because of the noise. No standards of professionalism whatsoever so steer clear.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
