The training is horrible, system trouble CONSTANTLY, you have to clock out when their systems go down. You have to log in and make sure you have work before you can clock in. We have to keep checking throughout the day to see if we have work yet, while NOT being on the clock. You’re told to ask questions, but when you do, you get attitude. There for 6 months and have YET to have a performance review. Have to work there ONE YEAR before getting PTO. The system is HORRIBLE. Constantly crashing, which slows your unrealistic productivity numbers. Revolving door, HORRIBLE company, horrible management, horrible training. You ask the same question to 2 different people and get 5 different answers. Terrible communication. I’ve worked at home for years and never have I ever had to check to see if there was work prior to clocking in. Every company I’ve EVER worked for, it was mandatory to be on the clock if you logged onto the system. The company is just a mess altogether. No work/life balance because if the system goes down, you have to make up the time, which has pushed me 3-4 hours past my end time on multiple occasions. Most mornings, there’s no work til midday, which sucks bc one of the reasons I accepted this job was bc of the Flex Time. I like working early and getting off early bc I have children and activities to attend. The Flex Time has been nonexistent! Working mandatory OT for WEEKS just to have no work the next 2 weeks What sense does that make???
