      Pros

      Good for starters in the bpo industry.

      Cons

      Low salary, management are disorganized, payroll always have a dispute every payout, agent gossiping toxic work environment, attrition is high which management cannot improve. Management always do bandaid solutions on things, incentive programs are low, lame engagement activities.

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Cons

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
