Pros

Excellent place to start your career; training and onboarding are well-structured. Ample growth opportunities for high performers – I joined as an advisor and became a process leader in just 4 years. Supportive team environment with approachable managers. Job stability and timely salary disbursements. Learning curve is steep, which helps in developing both soft and leadership skills.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods or when handling escalations. Compensation could be more competitive, especially at the lower levels. Limited exposure to cross-functional roles unless you proactively seek them.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
