Colleagues Semi-frequent breaks although short 3 weeks initial training is quite laid back

Required to meet unrealistic goals Contradictory advise from managers Training is outdated and even trainers didn’t know how to handle most of the queries Minimum wage Unappreciative Dont reply to holiday requests Swap shifts without notice Bad managers

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Cons

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
