Pros
The former CEO, Frank, left (to run the SSA for the govt which is scary AF), so the internal command and control structure is slowly regressing. The tracking software isn't needed anymore.
Cons
The company is so siloed due to many acquisitions but little merging. If I told you how behind the curve they are in project management alone, it would scare you. If you want utter chaos, no direction, yet are responsible for all failures (that upper management makes) this is your place. It's exhausting not to perform to my abilities because I can't, due to the lack of structure and planning within those walls. It's one of the most unorganized and disrespectful places I have ever worked. There are many who pulled up the ladder behind them and made it clear we are beneath them.
