Pros
- Coworkers, team leads and most supervisors and managers. Can be a fun place to work. - Impromptu exchange between associates during day is allowed and makes the environment fun. - Beautiful facility, free parking, gym, cafeteria, opportunity to win points that can be used toward the purchase of virtually anything including travel or events.
Cons
- Health and prescription benefits were changed in the last few years. The deductible is way too high and there are no tiers. Health is basically catastrophic care and the prescription formulary does not include basic maintenance drugs--generic or name brand. Certain health groups are excluded. - Promotion is largely based on who you know and whether you are part of the "in" group.
