      Pros

      Less Work Pressure. Short term onsite if your are good at your work.(That too in some BU's) Extra pay for weekend work or shift work. Easy Cab availability for extended hours or shift work. WFH if your project has urgent delivery. Good employee engagement activities.

      Cons

      Career growth is slow. (Promotions , etc are slow) Not much technology exposure. Opportunities are less.
