      Gain experience over the years.

      There is always some kind of hiring freeze. I have worked for this company for 8 years now. I was promoted twice and had to wait to receive my salary after doing the actual job for more than 6 months. Currently doing 2 jobs and getting paid 1 salary which is mediocre.
