Reasonable pay and benefits, generally solid ethics, well organized, well funded
Cons
The biggest problems resulted from constant changes in executive management. I worked there for several years and honestly had a new manager every six months. The company still feels like a product of mergers and acquisitions rather than a single company. They almost never promote from within.
