Mostly managers are good but they are also puppets of upper management. Leave policy is good.
Cons
Currently layoffs happening at random. No job security. Sapience tools is installed on laptops that track your work and 8 hrs of productive work in that tool is mandatory. 5 days work from office and 8 hrs in office every day is mandatory.
