      Salary given is competitive nothing else

      Cons

      Toxic environment No discussion but only engineer has to follow the decision made by management No proper team management and completely partial. Even HR team will not provide the relieving letter if you leave the job due to mental pressure, stress and partiality politics.

      1. WLB is good. Working hours are flexible. I can go to the office at 11 2. No politics in the office 3. No micro-management
