A very Taiwanese-style company - Sensir Software Engineer Foxconn Employee Review

1. Very bad company culture. 2. Will ask employees to join a speech in the eveing and in the weekend. Never consider it is a disturbance. 3. Almost no working hour flexibility, still need to swipe your badge to record when you go into office and leave office. 4. Management is very bad. Human-based managment. 5. Executive havn't been well trained. 6. Not a good place for work/life balance. 7. Only few day off for employees.
