Pros
Freeman has a solid culture and foundation and a ton of potential to break into new markets and transform face to face marketing. Opportunities in digital and data analytics are huge. Company is attempting to grow its footprint in the corporate sector and rehabilitate the somewhat stagnant association industry which comprises the majority of its core business.
Cons
The Freeman culture is quite old school and conservative which means change and innovation is slow and bureaucratic. A fair bit of inside hiring and friends of friends in leadership positions that might be better filled by outside perspective and talent. Not a lot of transparency and not a culture that supports open discord, honest feedback or challenges to authority.
