Pros
I have recently completed 3 year as a QA engineer in Frequence Software . would like to share my 3 year experience here. 1. Working culture and experience with Frequence totally break the perception of working with small firm . It's being tremendous experience and environment build by Frequence people, in a way that anyone can happily spend more years in Frequence , like I have done. 2. Best part is, Frequence always get yours's wishes complete and you will never get disappointed here . 3. Another thing is, which IT sector sometime missed is better Boss with better opportunity . Here you will defiantly get both & in a favour same thing Frequence is expecting from each employee to maintain that legacy . 4. Again best part which most of organization says but not sure if it's that really happening there , but here in Frequence it's totally following , that is Free to learn anything !! Free to put your valuable thought!! Use of open source tool as well which will open you boundaries to skill-up. 5. last but not the least , people get recognize very easily as management is really efficient to get 360 views of people efforts.
Cons
I really don't see any Cons working with Frequence , May be that's why I have completed milestone of 3 year here .
