Pros
Not really that many pros. If I had to pick one I would say pay, or work from home if you enjoy that.
Cons
A company that will not train you properly but expect you to know everything and throw you into the field right away. If you’re lucky enough to be on a good team, you can communicate with your team to help. That is not always the case. Get ready to have everything blamed on you, and get ready to have constant arguments with customers/ shops on what GEICO wants to price their repairs at. GEICO is extremely out of touch with what things cost, and what their front line employees go through. I would be stressed about claims I had before, during, and after my shift. All of my weekends were filled with stressing about what needed to be completed the next day. Not the job for you unless you like extreme stress, and heavy workloads with programs that are constantly changing.
