Pros
Hard work and competence is recognized and rewarded. Management is very down to earth and friendly - very open and accessible. The company urges work-life balance (vacations - while limited in the amount of days you get - are encouraged). You don't have to worry about pulling late nights here! Flexible hours (start between 630 and 9... end between 3 and 530). Education is promoted, but you are not judged based on level of education. A smart individual with a Bachelors has just as bright a future as an MBA.
Cons
Seniority rules in a lot of cases which is a pro & con (frustrating for a young, eager analysts). Knowledge sharing is limited because people fight to maintain ownership of their ideas, projects, etc. When asking for info/data, etc... it becomes a big production.
