Pay, benefits, and a short commute.

Cons

Management - everything about management. They don’t care about their employees personally. They never have an accurate answer for any question you have. They are constantly micromanaging. Expect multiple emails, Skype messages, and even multiple text messages Throughout the day from your supervisor (or really any supervisor, they don’t care) about what you’re doing wrong, or why you’re 1 minute late from your break or lunch. The goals and metrics are almost impossible and they put a great about of stress on you to be perfect or else they don’t care about you. They barely help you on actually meeting these goals, they just expect you to do it.

There are still some areas where the company appears to be rebuilding trust and confidence Change is noticeable and appreciated, but some improvements are still in progress Feedback has clearly helped shape recent changes, and it will be good to see that progress continue
