Targets are almost impossible to achieve. The constant restructuring is making the associate role look more and more like a full time recruiter working in a call center. You are praised if you spend time on the phone, if you recruit massively, but the role in itself has little to offer. A promotion to manager is almost impossible to achiever and often depends on who your friends are and in which team you work. Big emphasis on AI currently, without a clear view on where our roles will sit in all this.
