Pros
They hire new graduates so GLG can be a good first break if you aren't prepared for the working world after graduation. Austin office is in a decent building in a great location. It all did feel a bit prestigious to me as I was so new out of school.
Cons
Your co-workers are pretty awful people. The office functioned like a high school socially where people were actively and openly mean to each other for reasons as petty as not liking their clothing style. The work is boring and monotonous. It's more like being an administrative assistant than an actual consultant. The Austin office is a corporate sweatshop where new grads are underpaid and spend their day scheduling phone calls.
