      Pros

      Everyone is incredibly intelligent, and encouraging (minus current manager)

      Cons

      Benefits are TERRIBLE. Complaining to HR does nothing Manager can fire you whenever he/she wants to because she does like you. Low retention rate, people leave frequently. No annual raise unless you are promoted. Year end bonus based on how much your manager likes you.

      Amazing people - lots of reviews say that because it's true. You'll work with smart, genuine, hard working humans. Good benefits and perks. Interesting events and opportunities to learn. Overall, a good place to start your career!

      Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

      Horrible work life balance. Zero company culture. Few career growth opportunities. This role is soon to be fully replaced by AI.
