Pros
The company has a pretty young crowd and hence the atmosphere is lively. The work life balance is good. There is never a requirement for extra working hours.
Cons
The work is pretty brain dead. the review system is also arbitrary. there are no proper performance yardsticks to adequately rate an employee. The company provides cabs to only limited areas in delhi and gurgaon. There is not much that you learn at the organization. hence, there isn't much that you take with you when you move to the next organization. Its best to move out as quickly as you can , GLG doesn't provide any value addition and their business model is pretty niche, which restricts opportunities for people who want to move out.
