We’re sorry to hear about your experience. The health of our colleagues always comes first. As a company, we are committed to employee wellness, especially amid the continued challenges we are all facing. This fall, we launched “Simply Well,” an ongoing series of online classes and workshops taught by leading wellness experts to promote healthier habits and routines while working from home. We also understand there are times it’s helpful to speak with a professional, which is why we have upgraded our health and wellness benefits, including free counseling services available to all employees should they need them and mindfulness tools, such as Calm, to proactively support wellness.
We have redoubled our efforts to provide transparency in our new working environment. From global all-hands to regional town halls to weekly notes from our Leadership Team members, we believe frequent and open channels of communication are essential for organizations of our size to operate at their fullest potential. In the past year, we’ve also brought more clarity to the ways we think about career progression across the company, creating more meaningful and consistent opportunities for GLGers around the world, particularly our Client Solutions Associates.
