Pros

Strong brand recognition, exposure to lots of complex clients, nice office environment. People are friendly, hardworking and knowledgable.

Cons

Front-line employees can be held accountable for outcomes that are heavily influenced by workload, resourcing, process gaps or management decisions. Burnout is rampant here. Employees can be expected to maintain perfect execution despite unrealistic volume, manipulative, unexpected or unclear expectations, competing priorities and/or limited resources on accounts relative to other firms doing business.

Salary was in market range.

Cons

Manager took zero interest in me. I spoke to her 2 times in the 6 months I was there. It’s just an endless grind to various SEC and investor required reporting. By the time you finish you need to start over. Almost all process are broken. This $13B company runs on excel. It’s a real risk that this company collapses on itself. They purchase companies and destroy everything good about their cultures. I was so happy and content until they purchased us. The executives paint a fake picture of their culture to the street.
