- you will not have a life outside of work. You are expected to work or be available to work, 24/7. No exceptions. If you call in sick, you are expected to work. If you take a vacation day, you are expected to work. Weekends are for work, not for doing the things at home to keep your family functioning.
- Very political. No way of resolving issues. Management doesn't care.
- account executives treat client and office service staff with incredible disrespect.
- huge turnover. Large amounts of burnout, many employees seen crying or panicking. Managers don't care.
- very questionable processes and ethics on the larger corporate scale. Professional standards for some processes border internal E&O risk.
- older, long-term employees post-merger are being fired quietly.
- expensive benefits that cover only the bare minimums. But you can (wait for it) do even more work to jump through hoops for meager "discounts" on it.
- everything is done on the cheap. But they spent millions apparently in marble and perks at the new corporate office. Meanwhile, starting in August we'll have to pray to get pens and paper.
