As a company the executive team has wonderful foresight and the ability to attract top talent as well as some of the best merger candidates.

The nepotism runs ramped throughout every level of the organization. Every office in ever region is lined with individuals from the "family". There is little to no upward mobility for anyone outside of inner circle.

Was brought on from AP merge and sorely missing the culture and my old job. Gallagher uses extremely Complex systems with minimal training, yes they train.. but if you ask questions they treat you like youre incompetent. Make sure you’re an expert in 30 days or else you’re not living up to expectations. Burnout culture is the norm. You are truly a “cog in the wheel” like they say within their values. Worst job I have ever worked, not good for mental health.
