Pros

Work/Life balance is fantastic People are helpful and collaborative Unlimited sick days Scott Hudson writes newsletters very often and they are super insightful and worthy of saving to read and re-read rest of your life. Never seen CEO taking time to do that. Keep it going, Scott! Scott comes by once in a while and provides a personal touch. Incredible, Scott!

Cons

Old aged company means you would be working with plenty out of date processes and technologies Atleast in the BI department, there is no process / structure. Very micro-managed company due to budgeting issues (time reports have to be done everyday and have to account every 15 min for every single phase of every project). If you bill more than 2.5hrs of admin a day, you have to provide report on what you did for admin time. Too many redundant meetings Too cost concious Pays low; insurance is the worst I have ever seen No salary bump at year end; instead they give you 12% bonus (accounts for a lot but could be manipulated)

Pros

• Good in office dynamic with coworkers for those who worked in office

Cons

• Delayed promotion/raise - you’ll sign a contract in which your raise will be effect but delay it 2 1/2 months • unfair workload - management plays favorite and doesn’t even bother intervening on the issue, rather just gives more work. Multiple times I caught myself doing the work for my peers. • No structure - the office I worked at completely lacked structure where I was shadowing a colleague for 2 weeks before being expected to know what to do • Collision w/ OOO Staff - the out of office staff was very rude at times and because they aren’t in office, management doesn’t push the standards/expectations on them as much as people in office
