Pros

fancy building/parking, benefits, & great pay. People are good. It depends in what department you work if you will be happy with environment or not.

Cons

How they(HQ Requirement) think: "Pay employees more then they are worth and they will work like horses," that is what they are implying with their work volume and high pay. But honestly it ant that bad if your fine with being a hamster on a wheel and then coming home feeling so drained and unsatisfied (because your work is never finished, unless you work for free) that you cant even use your brain. Its strange they don't do drug tests upon employment or during employment. Probably because they think your urine is not worth $20. Probably if you fill a career role(60k salary or more) your effort would be decently rewarded. But if your getting less then 40k its just not worth that kind of effort.

Pros

Great work-life balance as a remote employee. Management is approachable and genuinely willing to help when it comes to workload — you never feel like you're on your own.

Cons

Mentorship is largely self-driven. if you don't seek it out yourself, it won't come to you. Systems and internal processes can be slow and tedious, which adds friction to an already fast-paced workload. Compensation does not reflect the complexity or volume of work expected. High performers who are ready for the next step would benefit from clearer, more proactive promotion paths. When that structure is missing, talented people disengage quietly long before they ever leave.
