Pros
most of the people i worked with are nice
Cons
no raises even when having a great year; overload adjusters then expect them to meet all reporting deadlines, do quality work; don't care they work excessive hours to meet all the deadlines; Oh, and if you have to fill out a time sheet you can't work over 40 hours without your manager saying okay but your manager won't cause that tiem and a half but then you still have to get your work done so you have to work and not put the time on timesheet cause you can get in trouble for logging too many hours, else get in trouble for being behind on work; only two weeks of vacation and they wouldn't give anything if they thought they could get away with it; 401k match is only 1x/yr and matching with company stock not $$ because they're cheap as bleep; no career; tried discussing with manager who said he didn't know; they're really good of taking advantage of people while they make excuses for not giving a raise; a lot of local type managers are clueless ; technology is super old and slow making job harder; health care the worst and Rx doesn't cover much; no bonuses-year end; HR takes weeks to respond to questions and then uses stock answers-so not helpful. Used pandemic as excuse for not giving raises last year and never gave any this year but made a lot of money in both years. Bet the big guys got their millions while the rest of us tried to make ends meet.
