Business Outlook
Pros
The majority of the peons that I worked with were good people. They were hard workers that put in more than 40 hours a week for meagre pay. The majority of these however were older folks that just wanted to survive until retirement. The benefits were adequate. The actual job was interesting.
Cons
Management was not people friendly. They would gladly throw an employee under the bus to protect themselves and the pay and raises were pathetic. The company was more interested in protecting itself than caring for its capital: the employee. A friend was going to work for them. I advised this person of what to expect and this person lasted all of 6 weeks before leaving.
