      I frankly can't think of any pros. It was the worst "real" job I ever had.

      Nepotism is a serious problem. Processes are poor. Leadership is self serving.

      Work from home , nice co workers

      Cons

      Burnout culture, low pay, mega corporation where you’re a “cog in the wheel”, complex tech systems, lots of bureaucracy. If you’re a company getting acquired by Gallagher start searching elsewhere
