The leadership team is making the right changes in the organization to modernize the business.

Many changes happening but they are all with the right intent.

Excellent co-workers who are committed to quality work. Interesting and meaningful work at times.

There is a very blanketed commitment to AI integration from without much specific strategy. I am not anti-AI. It is very useful for many aspects of my role, but leadership treats it like it will improve everything better without much specific direction, strategic rollout, or thought behind where it should or shouldn't yet be applied. Runs very lean. Work-life balance is structurally impossible. Pay does not match competition or the workload expectations.
