      Compensation and PTO. Otherwise, not much. Definitely no moral in districts. Only in stores.

      Cons

      Work politics with upper field favoritism and no room for growth opportunities. HR is unhelpful in most reported cases. Merit increases are pennies on the dollar. Literal pennies.
