Pros

Fellow colleagues were wonderful people to work with and our team worked great together.

Cons

they hire to get certain contracts done then fire when they're done not caring what this could do to the people that they hired. And this after promising them full-time work. They have very poor training and expect you to be doing the job of someone that's been there longer after five days. During our training none of the computers were training modules were ready for us and we basically sat around for the entire training. I personally informed them I was quitting school to take this position as I was very interested in the job when they already knew they were shutting down the company two months later. Who does that to somebody? There were never any supplies that we needed to do our job. Our bosses for from the states and her work ethic is completely different than ours and often they were's power struggles between ourselves and the management. Employees are overworked and under paid and never appreciated for the hard work that we put in.

Great co-workers, management is more and more engaged with common folk. Fast paced.

Pros

Good place to work if you are between REAL jobs! - Dress Code: wear jeans everyday (and other attire not appropriate for the workplace) - Paycheck: received a paycheck for my work - Co-Workers: great co-workers (don't mistake, Senior Management is not included in this) - Location - I didn't mind the location. It's off the beaten path - close to the owners mansion (let's not inconvenience him although he rarely comes to the office) - Job Security - there is a guy who was out over 60 days last year (no FMLA or disability) and he is still employed.

Cons

- Happy Hour: I'm all for a good Happy Hour, but beer in the office is not appropriate. This is not a frat house..... - Dress Code: people wear leggings to work who should not be wearing leggings - Good Ol' Boys Club: yes, you must be in the 'club' to be promoted. And, it helps if you are a friend, college roommate, Church buddy, or relative. - Management Oversight: the fox is watching the hen house. There are a few who do not log their vacation, sick time, or general time away from work and NO ONE does anything about it. - Technology: The '90's called, they want their excel sheets back. They throw good money after bad and still the technology stinks.
